The software checks for a valid NinjaTrader Machine ID to verify your licence. It also periodically checks for updates and reports anonymous error details to improve the software.

We do not guarantee that your use of our software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

DeltaFlowprint is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

The licence is provided on an intangible goods basis. therefore you are not entitled to a refund, rebate, competition or restitution for any reason whatsoever, even if the software contains material flaws. All sales are final and non-refundable.
